The subject matter of the Master's Program is interdisciplinary and covers the fields of Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Finance, and Information Technologies. Its purpose is to include in companies, through the specialization of executives, the desired way of approaching accounting and finance, control (tax and non-tax), and standardized procedures in a digital way because Information Technology is used as a control mechanism through the procedures quality assurance of the Internal Audit Service. In particular, automation of accounting through tax, finance, and auditing can be used to ensure that staff follows the procedures set out in audit programs to allow auditors to do things that could not be done without it, e.g., detailed statistical analyses, Analytical Reviews, etc. It may also change the nature of the management of the audit process itself, e.g., allowing remote access to files by partners, etc. In addition, it aims to develop its graduates' critical and research skills by promoting research on current and new scientific issues of digital accounting, the automation of accounting and financial processes, and related literature.
