Description

The MSc in Applied Bioinformatics (AppBio), jointly offered by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the International Hellenic University, provides advanced training in the analysis and interpretation of biological big data. Taught entirely in English, the program combines lectures with hands-on computer and lab exercises, covering genomics, proteomics, biomedical, ecological, and other data types. Graduates gain strong programming, biological, and mathematical skills, preparing them for careers in academia, research, and the public or private sector.
