DESCRIPTION - ACCEPTED STUDENTS CATEGORIES: Dental School graduates of Greek Universities or accredited international institutions, whose degree is recognized as correspondent and equal as the Greek one, by the Hellenic National Academic Recognition Information Center (NARIC/DOATAP).

COMMENTS: The purpose of the Postgraduate Program "Pathology and Therapeutics of Dental and Periodontal Tissues", expressed by specialization are:
1) the training of dentists in the acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills for the treatment of patients with endodontic problems, with injuries resulting from trauma to the teeth, to instill in them the need for cooperation and communication with colleagues of other specialties for the integrated treatment of patients' problems (specialization in Endodontology)
2) the provision of advanced theoretical and clinical knowledge as well as the development of skills and critical ability in the modern diagnosis and management of caries, in the treatment of high difficulty functional and aesthetic problems of individual teeth as well as prosthetic restoration of a small number of missing teeth (up to three) (specialization in Restorative Dentistry)
3) the provision of advanced theoretical knowledge and clinical experience for the treatment of patients with periodontal and perimplantation problems of any kind as well as patients in whom the placement of osseointegrated implants is required (specialization in Periodontology)
