Health and Medicine
The program provides advanced training in immunobiology, covering fundamental principles, cellular and molecular immunity, and immune responses in health and disease. Students develop research and analytical skills, gain expertise in laboratory techniques, and learn to critically evaluate current research. The curriculum includes therapeutic applications such as vaccines and immunotherapies, professional preparation for academia and industry, and engagement with the ethical, legal, and social implications of emerging technologies in immunology.
Candidates eligible for admission must hold a first-cycle degree from a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Greece or a recognized foreign institution in one of the following or related fields: Biology, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and Biological Applications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, as well as other related fields.
