Graduates of Public and Community Health, Medicine and Dentistry, Nursing, Psychology, Special Education, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Public Health Policy, Social Sciences, as well as graduates of other fields related to the subjects and areas of study of the program are accepted. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Public Health Policy, Social Sciences, as well as graduates of other departments related to the subjects and objectives of the program.
Final-year students may also apply, provided that they have submitted a Certificate of Completion of Studies before the date of validation of the list of successful candidates.
The Program provides specialized knowledge regarding the promotion of health, well-being, autonomy and the protection of dignity in elderly people, as well as the planning and implementation of interventions for this purpose.
The purpose of the Programme is high-level postgraduate education with the aim of providing students with knowledge about modern developments, the interdisciplinary approach to promoting the health of the elderly and the development of cross-sectoral policies and actions.
