The object of the Master's Program is the postgraduate specialization of scientists in the field of Educational Sciences and, in particular, the development of executives in the fields of planning, organization, and administration of education within the framework of the principles of adult education and lifelong learning. In particular, the purpose of the program is, through the synthesis of the fields of Administrative Science and Education, to offer the necessary knowledge and skills to the participants to effectively contribute to the reformation and development of the educational/school units of the country as well as the general educational system, responding to the demands of modern reality.
