The MSc in Lasers, Plasma & Applications provides advanced training in the science and applications of lasers and plasmas, preparing students for research, Ph.D. programs, and careers in academia, research institutions, and high-tech industries. The program equips graduates with specialized knowledge, international competitiveness, and the skills to contribute to innovative projects or establish technology-driven enterprises.
The following are accepted into the MSc program after selection: graduates of Science and Engineering Schools of Universities or Polytechnics, graduates of engineering schools of universities and graduates of schools of technological applications of higher technological educational institutions. Graduates of corresponding foreign university schools are also accepted. For other cases of candidates and the relevance of specializations, the Department Assembly will decide on a case-by-case basis after a recommendation from the Coordinating Committee of the Postgraduate Program.
Student mobility is encouraged through Erasmus + in the partner Universities abroad (e.g., Imperial College London - United Kingdom, University of Bordeaux-France, Technical University of Prague - Czech Republic, University Milano Bicocca - Italy, Queen's University Belfast - United Kingdom, Technical University of Madrid - Spain)
