Description

The Postgraduate Program accepts graduates of Departments of Natural Sciences (Geologists, Physicists, Mathematicians, Biologists, Chemists, Computer Scientists), Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences (Agronomists, Foresters, Geographers, Engineers), and other University Departments of related scientific fields from domestic institutions and equivalent recognized institutions abroad. In addition, members of the categories EEP (Special Educational Staff), EDIP (Laboratory Teaching Staff), and ETEP (Special Technical Laboratory Staff) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, provided they meet the legal requirements, may be admitted as supernumerary students, and only one per year, to the Postgraduate Program. In all cases, the undergraduate degree grade must be at least “Very Good.”

Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of at least one foreign language, preferably English, and foreign candidates must have knowledge of Greek. The certification of foreign language proficiency is obtained either by an equivalent recognized certificate or by written examinations, while the certification of Greek language proficiency is obtained only through a recognized certificate.
