COMMENTS: The aim of the postgraduate program, which is directed primarily at teachers of both levels of education (primary and secondary) as well as graduates of tertiary education departments employed or prospected to be employed in education, is: (a) the provision of specialized pedagogical and didactic knowledge and the development of corresponding skills, (b) the cultivation and development of scientific thinking and research skills training, and (c) the development of well trained staff for the education.
