Description

The LLM in Transnational and European Commercial Law, Banking Law, Arbitration/Mediation Program is being offered by the School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Economics of the University Center of International Programs of Studies of the International Hellenic University.
The program aims to provide a thorough analysis of commercial law, banking law and alternative dispute resolution within a transnational, EU and international context. The emphasis is on learning how cross-border business activities, companies and financial markets are regulated and how alternative dispute resolution is conducted.
This degree offers a wide range of career paths. It is addressed to recent graduates and qualified lawyers seeking to pursue a career in international, EU and transnational commercial law, banking law, company law, capital markets law, financial law and alternative dispute resolution, as well as to national regulators and public officers.
The LLM in Transnational and European Commercial Law, Banking Law, Arbitration/ Mediation of the International Hellenic University accepts, after a careful selection process, graduates of Law, Political Science and Economics Schools, from Greek universities or equivalent institutions from abroad, as well as from Technological Educational Institutions in related subject areas according to Law 4485/2017 and 4610/2019, as applicable.
