The MSc in Molecular Biomedicine: Mechanisms of Disease, Molecular and Cellular Therapies and Bioinnovation, offered by the Medical School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with BSRC “Alexander Fleming,” provides world-class training in biomedical research and bioinnovation. The program combines cross-disciplinary education in fields such as genetics, immunology, bioinformatics, and translational research with hands-on expertise in cutting-edge methodologies. Students gain transferable skills, exposure to international research and industry, and insight into drug development, biomarker discovery, and bio-entrepreneurship, preparing them for careers in academia, research, and the private sector.
Graduates of Health Sciences Departments and related Science Departments of Universities, Technical Colleges, and Polytechnic Schools (e.g., Medicine, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biotechnology, (Bio)informatics, Nursing, and other related fields of Life Sciences) are eligible for admission.
