Description

Graduates of the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Schools of universities in Greece or similar institutions abroad as well as graduates of other University Departments and Technical Universities of related subjects are admitted to the program.


Comments

The objective of the Program is to promote knowledge and research in cutting-edge areas, including the broader spectrum of Marine, Coastal and Terrestrial Biological Resources, Applied Ecology, Ecosystem Management, Fisheries, Aquaculture and Organic Agriculture and Biodiversity. The aim of the Programme is to train highly trained scientists with knowledge of current scientific and technological advances (cutting-edge), modern research techniques and approaches and the ability to carry out research on critical contemporary issues related to ecosystems, biodiversity and biological resources, both in the marine and terrestrial environment. The Programme also aims to prepare competent and well-trained scientists to staff academic and research institutions and related production units in our country and internationally, investing in human resources, excellence and innovation.
